Stonewall Jackson Inn B&b

The owners of the Stonewall Jackson Inn hired ContemPlate to run an open house event with the goal of reintroducing the historic B&B to the local community. New to the area, the owners had limited connections and felt the Inn no longer held the reputation of a quality stay worth recommending to friends, family and co-workers. ContemPlate took on the role of PR, marketing and event management with a goal of increased awareness for the Inn as well as attendance of 100 people.

The event garnered interest of over 300 people on social media, increased the client’s Facebook followers 15% and increased website traffic by 45% during the campaign. The event was promoted in a key position on WHSV that was served to 24,000 local TV households and earned 15,000 impressions of Adults 18+.

Approximately 140 people attended the event during the two-hour open house.
